Ida Fazakas, APRN, ACNP-BC

Ida Fazakas is a Nurse Practitioner (NP) specializing in the management of Opioid Dependence and Chronic Pain. With over 15 years of experience, she holds several certifications and licenses, including APRN in the State of MA and NH, and is a Certified ACNP-BC by ANCC. Ida’s expertise lies in providing Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for individuals struggling with Opioid and Alcohol Dependence, as well as offering Pain Management solutions.

Throughout her career, Ida has worked in various healthcare settings, including Neuro Stepdown, Acute PM&R, outpatient clinics, Detox inpatient, and inpatient Residential Rehab. She started her journey in the Neuro-Spine Stepdown unit, gaining valuable experience in the field.

Ida’s mission is to help each patient achieve their best functional capacity while in Rehab. She believes in providing comprehensive care tailored to the individual’s needs, with a focus on empowering patients to actively participate in their recovery journey.
